Why can't I use my Office 365 login to activate Foxit PhantomPDF

Description: 

I am unable to use my Office 365 login to activate Foxit PhantomPDF software. I always receive the “Fail to loginerror as following:

Reason:

As the wording in the Sign In dialog, the cause is that the same office 365 email address has already been registered in Foxit system.

 

Solution:

We could add multiple account login methods via Account Binding from within Foxit PhantomPDF software or from ConnectedPDF Profile web page.


From within Foxit PhantomPDF software

Please Sign In using your Foxit account email address and password in Foxit PhantomPDF software, then click the people icon at the top right corner > Personal Homepage > MY PROFILE >MY HOME >Account Binding then select the social account (E.g. Office 365) you’d like to bind.

Note: If you don't have the Personal Hompage option after click on the people icon, please go to File > Preferences > General > Application Startup > uncheck Disable ConnectedPDF features (Restarting application is recommended).

From ConnectedPDF Profile web page

Please access this web page: https://cws.connectedpdf.com/personal then log into your account, click on Hi, Your Name > MY PROFILE Account Binding then select the social account (E.g. Office 365) you’d like to bind.
