Cause and Solution
Firstly, please check to see whether the network connection is working on your computer or not. If there is no network problem, this activation issue may be caused by the feature Disable all features which require internet connection in Foxit PhantomPDF has been turned on. Please do the followings to turn off the feature Disable all features which require internet connection before you try to activate Foxit PhantomPDF again:
Open Foxit PhantomPDF, go to File > Preferences>General>uncheck Disable all features which require internet connection>click on OK to apply the setting.
