Hide the Text Recognition Bulb Message

When you open an image-based PDF document in version 8, you will see a purple bulb message states that "Some pages may contain unrecognized text. You can run text recognition to make text searchable or editable".  You can click Hide to conceal it for current session, but when you open it in next session, you will see the expanded message again.
